Can you paste here some examples of the full shortcodes you’re using that don’t work?
Hello?
Hello?
We recommend using the support email address you have for your concerns. Of note is that you shared your thoughts but still had the plugin installed. Once you claimed to have uninstalled, why not just email us that you have so we could process your refund. Again, please use email, as this is not a topic related to the plugin hosted on WordPress.org.
Best of luck
We’ve pushed a new version (14.1.4) that may fix your issue. For now it can be directly downloaded here, please let us know if your issue is resolved: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/youtube-embed-plus.14.1.4.zip
Once we’ve confirmed things are good, we will release it as the new version for everyone (e.g. the WordPress autoupdater, etc.):

Can you contact us using the email found in our plugin’s “Support” tab (look at the last bullet in there)? We may have a solution for the issue, and we can help you fix it with a patch before we are certain and release it to the wild for everyone.
Thanks,
EmbedPlus TeamHello,
If we understand you correctly, the short answer is yes. You can embed a self-contained channel embed, or a gallery embed, and they will use the YouTube API to get the latest video/data. It’s up to the channel owner however, to determine playlist order, within YouTube.com.
Cheers,
-EmbedPlus TeamHello,
1. What version of our plugin are you using?
2. What version of WordPress are you using?
3. In the admin page that you’re having this issue, can you paste here any browser console errors? Here’s how to see them: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosisThank you
