Embed Plus and Site Origin Editor

I’m having trouble with the compatibility of Embed Plus and the Visual Editor tab within the Site Origin Editor plugin. I followed the advice from another thread to turn on all features on the Compatability tab of the Embed Plus Youtube plugin to get the Visual Editor working, which it did, but then created a new problem. One of the options is Debugging, which, when on, turns the YouTube Playlist gallery into html code. The Visual Editor only works when Debugging is on, so it’s either keep it on to visually edit and remove all video playlist galleries or turn off debugging and only use Text Editor. Can’t seem to find any other workaround.
