Hello,
It sounds like you’re referring to the page size of the plugin.
You can set the default on the free version or use the pro wizard each time you embed.Ok sounds good. Do you mind at least answering question #2 and/or 3 in case it can help others?
It’ll help determine if this is actually specific to something on a subset of your sites, or if it is indeed widespread for users.

The latest version of the plugin should fix this issue. Please let us know if it works for you. Thanks!
We actually test on 6.1 before it comes out, as well as after. In our tests, we cannot reproduce your issue nor do we get that tinyMCE error (which is the actual root cause of your issue).
For your site to have the tinyMCE variable undefined is a bit strange since it’s part of WordPress core.
- Are there any other console errors aside from that one?: Open the console first, then refresh the page, try to save, then send a full list of console errors.
- You mentioned that you were able to save on some sites–are those sites also running 6.1?
- Did you update other stuff aside from our plugin and WordPress itself (i.e. other plugins, your theme etc.)?
- If you disable each of your plugins one at at time and try to save (you can re-enable each after each save attempt), does the saving work while one of your plugins are disabled? If so, which one?
Sounds like your sites are having issues with tinyMCE. On the YouTube plugin’s settings page, the “Defaults” tab, if you scroll all the way to the bottom, there should be a big rich text box with formatting buttons. What do you see? Please take a screenshot of it and post a link here. You can use a tool like this: https://snipboard.io/
Thanks!
Please show us the example link where you have both variants so that we can help debug. Thanks!
Hi,
Out of curiosity, are you running any browser extensions? Can you try incognito mode to see if saving works?
Secondly, please open the browser’s console, then save your settings. Do you see any console errors? If so please paste them here.
Lastly, can you be specific in your description of what happens–i.e. do you see the usual confirmation popup after saving but the settings don’t take, or, are you saying literally nothing happens at all, even the confirmation popup doesn’t occur etc.?
Thanks!

Thanks, that info does help. We can make the next version more compatible with older browsers. It looks like in your situation, you’re unable to upgrade to Big Sur and above?
Thanks for that [embed] example, that helps a lot. We’ll add this to the to-do list for one of our next releases. As for the facade “indexing,” what do you mean exactly? Are you talking about Google schema?
Yep, we typically release new versions of the free and Pro at the same time. Sometimes Pro might get updates a little earlier, but usually simultaneously.
We took a look at the galleries on a couple of different Macs with Safari, and the next and prev buttons work correctly, and no errors are in the console.
1. Do you still get the error in a private window?
2. What version of Safari are you using?
3. Do you have access to another Mac to test your galleries? If so, do you still get the error? Can you please provide a link to the page that has this issue? That syntax is valid in today’s browsers (more here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Operators/Logical_OR_assignment#browser_compatibility ) but an example on your site would be helpful.
Hi Steve,
AMP support is not a priority to us. We are in the process of canceling/refunding your Pro version (unless you state otherwise) and we hope you can find a solution that satisfies your AMP needs.
We only support what WordPress officially currently supports, which is currently 7.x. Whereas, 8.x support is only beta and incomplete. More information here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/references/php-compatibility-and-wordpress-versions/ Soon after 8.x is officially supported by WordPress, so will this plugin.
Hi,
We’ll monitor the channel profile picture request to see if others are interested. We have a list of high demand features that we are working on behind the scenes and will push up features up the list based on the frequency they are requested.
