In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Change text – View Quote ListHello @robert5,
Regrettably, these texts are static within the plugin, and making changes in your theme file won’t have an effect. As a result, we kindly request that you keep the code reference for future use. Please be aware that any alterations made directly within the plugin may be lost if you update it in the future.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Change text – View Quote ListHello @robert5,
Thanks for contacting us. Below is the file path where you can make alterations to the static texts within the plugin.
Path: elex-request-a-quote/view/quote/view_quote_list.php. You can find the relevant section on line number 4.
Additionally, to modify the title of the quote list page, you can simply edit the page and change the text as needed. However, for making changes to the text on the mini quote, we will need to run the npm (Node Package Manager) after implementing the modifications. We kindly request that you share the specific texts that need to be updated with our support team. This will enable us to make the necessary text changes and provide you with an updated zip file for your website.
Hello @maspohl ,
Thanks for getting back to us. yes, if you have configured four languages in WPML, you will need to select the respective WPML language in the plugin settings, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
This will enable the product categories to be filtered based on the language you have chosen in WPML. Additionally, please ensure that you switch to all four languages to generate feeds in all of them. If you require any assistance with the setup, our support team is available to provide quick assistance.
Hello @mkuess ,
Currently, the suffixes will be shown on the shop page, product page, and cart page since these locations display individual product prices. After reevaluating this with our product team, we regret to inform you that there are no available shortcodes at this time to display suffixes on the checkout page or in WooCommerce email notifications.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Hello @maspohl ,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have made an effort to replicate the issue involving WPML on our local site; however, we have been unable to duplicate the problem you’re currently facing. When you have set up multiple languages using WPML, our plugin should automatically identify the language categories based on the WPML language chosen in the plugin settings. This enables you to generate feeds with the appropriate translations. Therefore, could you please confirm that the language categories are being filtered in accordance with the language configurations in WPML as well as in the plugin settings?
Looking forward to your response.
Hello @justdave ,
Just wanted to let you know that I have added two new screenshots for you. Below screenshot show the category page and highlight the difference between simple and variable products. For variable products, we do not display the Name your price field on the category page. However, for simple products, the price field is available.
Regarding variable products, the price field will only be displayed on the product page once you select the variation. Please refer to the screenshot below for a better understanding.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Hello @mkuess ,
appreciate your message.
We’ve successfully implemented the feature on the cart page, included in the release version 2.0.7 and it’s functioning as expected. You may refer to the screenshot below for your reference.
https://prnt.sc/sfMpx_kBaSNH
However, Regarding your concerns about the checkout page and WooCommerce email notifications, individual product prices are not displayed instead it would display subtotal columns. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the product price is multiplied by the quantity to calculate the subtotal. Consequently, individual pricing is not shown on the checkout page or in emails. Nevertheless, on the cart page, individual prices are displayed alongside the subtotal. So this is the reason the suffixes are not visible anymore on your checkout page and WooCommerce emails. Please share your thoughts on this matter.
Hello @justdave ,
Thank you for contacting us. WooCommerce functionality dictates that the “Select Options” button is displayed for variable products on the shop or category page. This is necessary because users must choose their desired variations on the product page to view the price for that specific variation before adding it to the cart. As a result, we are not showing the “Name your Price” field for variable products on the shop or category page, as illustrated in the attached screenshot.
We will require further information to analyze the above scenario hence please contact our support team and our product expert will assist you.

We appreciate your contact. Regarding your inquiry, the plugin is designed to display the ‘Add to Quote’ button on both shop pages and individual product pages. It seems that the button may not be visible due to your use of Elementor custom templates on the individual product pages.Since we cannot replicate this issue ourselves, we kindly request access to your site’s support team. This will enable us to investigate the matter further and work towards a prompt resolution.
We look forward to your response and the opportunity to assist you with this matter.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Australia Post Shipping] International Shipping errorHello @mercurydan,
Thanks for contacting us. The error you’ve encountered typically occurs when the quantity parameter is absent in the item contents section of the API request for international shipments. To help resolve this issue, could you please verify whether the product’s stock quantity has been updated in their respective individual product pages? Additionally, please confirm that the quantity for all the products listed on the order page is not ‘0’ and holds a valid value.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Do not redirect to the list page.Hello @ivangutierrez07,
It appears that you’re encountering an issue when you add a product to the quote list, it redirects you to the old subdomain URL. To address this problem, please confirm that you have configured the Quote List page, in the plugin settings, correctly as shown in the below screenshot.
In addition, please make sure permalinks are updated accurately. In some cases, references to the old subdomain URL may exist in your website’s database. We suggest you examine your website’s code and templates for hard-coded references to the old subdomain URL. Update these references to use the new main domain URL, and clear your browser’s cache and cookies to ensure that any cached redirects are not affecting your browsing experience.
If you’ve tried the above suggestions and the issue persists, consider reaching out to your hosting provider’s support team for assistance. They may be able to check server-level configurations that could be causing the redirection. You can also reach out to our support team if there are no issues with server-level settings.
Looking forward to your response.
Hello @hip-huisje,
Greetings from ELEXtensions.
Regarding your concerns, it looks like you’re encountering some pricing issues when using the plugin to add m³ values to your product prices in WooCommerce. As the issue is not reproducible on our local site, could you please confirm that you have configured discounts or that any pricing adjustments or calculations are set up accurately? Since you mentioned problems with another plugin (Woo Discount Rules), it’s possible that there could be a conflict between the two plugins. Try disabling one of the plugins temporarily to see if the pricing issues persist. This can help identify which plugin might be causing the problem. Ensure that there are no conflicting rules or pricing adjustments that might be causing unexpected behavior.
