After making this change, be sure to clear both the site and server cache, then check again.

Please share some screenshots of the issue on the contact form, so I can better understand it, along with the URL of the site. I will assist you further in solving the problem.

To improve matching:
- Enable Advanced Matching in your Events Manager settings.
- Ensure Advanced Matching is also enabled in the PixelYourSite plugin.
