One more thing: I noticed that you’re using the paid plugin. Please note that we are unable to provide support for paid features through this forum. For further assistance, please contact us directly so we can investigate the issue more deeply: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact.
When creating an event, we provide these instructions for MemberPress: screenshot link.
However, it appears you’re using a different plugin, PaidMembershipsPro, which I don’t recall having any integration with.
Did you switch from MemberPress to this one, or was this plugin in use from the beginning?
Hi @boxhamster I need to check the website first. Could you please provide the link?

You can find the admin-ajax option on the global settings page.
This issue could be related to caching. Cache plugins sometimes store the full code of a page, including the Event ID. This can result in the same Event ID being triggered for multiple users who visit the page, causing the events to appear as if they are connected and potentially disregarded.
I recommend clearing all cache. Additionally, you can enable or disable the use of admin-ajax from the plugin’s main settings page.
If you disable admin-ajax, make sure to verify that the Event ID is unique for each event pair.
We need to check it. Please contact us directly, so we can investigate it more deeply: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact
The issue might be caused by the data layer. Please ensure you’re using the latest plugin version, clear your cache, and check again. If the problem persists, go to your Google Tag settings and select the second option for the data layer, as shown here:

Make sure you’re using the latest plugin update, clear your cache, and check again. If the issue persists, open a ticket on the contact page and I will check it further.

Yes, PixelYourSite PRO version 11.1.0.2 is compatible with the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress. However, it’s always a good idea to check the plugin’s changelog and update notes for any specific details on compatibility.
Please note that the latest version of PixelYourSite PRO is 11.1.0.3 🙂
How do you plan to use the product price value in the ViewContent event? The only parameter that is reported in any type of reports is the “value” parameter, and it can be configured. However, this event value is not particularly useful for ads or analytics. The “purchase value” is what actually matters for tracking and optimization.
Please open a ticket on the contact page, and we will investigate further the issue.
