In reply to: [PixelYourSite - Your smart PIXEL (TAG) & API Manager] CAPIHello @aleksandreeu, sometimes, Meta shows this alert as a reminder, even when CAPI is working fine. If your events are firing correctly (visible in Events Manager → Data Sources → Events with “Server” and “Browser” sources), you can likely ignore it.
Hello @wparslan,
Please let’s continue our conversation via email. Support for the Pro plugin version is not allowed here.

Hello @stevendigital,
The Meta Pixel or CAPI doesn’t interfere with the catalog. The catalog typically pulls data from a feed or Catalog API integration, like the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The only exception is when the option to use pixel data for catalog creation is enabled, but this refers to product metadata, not direct pixel data. PixelYourSite has no direct connection to the catalog.
Best regards,
Enxhi
Hi @nchellzz, the Meta Pixel is not active on Pixel Helper, and no data is being sent. Even though Wappalyzer is still detecting the plugin, it doesn’t mean the Pixel is actively running. If you want to ensure it’s fully deactivated, you can also double-check if there are any remaining caching or tracking scripts in the site code.
We need to check it out, please contact us directly so we can investigate further:
