In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Remove Tumblr sharingHi @mdnava
Can you try disconnecting via your Tumblr account as described in steps 3 & 4 here?
https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/tumblr/#reconnecting-tumblrIf that doesn’t help, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Thanks!
Can you tell me where you’re seeing those notices?
It may be caused by conflict with another plugin, as in this example:
https://github.com/10up/safe-redirect-manager/issues/177Can you try deactivating any other plugins to see if the notices go away?
If not, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Hi Cody
Are you still having trouble updating WooCommerce when Jetpack is deactivated? How about if you completely delete the Jetpack plugin?
If you need help with the image size issue you mentioned, please provide some more detail and we’ll be happy to help.
Dan, that forum post you linked to outright says it’s not fixed:
@sailorptah sorry about that, the issue was reopened a few hours after I posted here, so I wasn’t aware of that at the time.
On a legacy widget that’s supposed to be visible on a few different post categories, the “Match all conditions” button keeps checking itself.
I’m having trouble reproducing that.
– Does it happen for all widgets, or only specific ones?
– Does it happen with any conditions, or only category?
– Are you editing the widget via Appearance > Widgets, or using the Customizer? Thanks
Hi I don’t have access to FTP or SFTP. Is cPanel > File Manager and go to the wp-content/plugins/ this path?
That’s correct, if you use File Manager to go to wp-content/plugins you can delete the Jetpack plugin folder from there. If you don’t see it, then it’s already deleted.
You can then try installing Jetpack again from Plugins > Add New.
If you continue to see errors, there may be another plugin conflicting, so I’d suggest deactivating all plugins and enabling them one by one until you find the conflict.
Hope that helps!
Hi @skumar1st
There is no way to change that text I’m afraid, as it’s a Facebook requirement for third-party apps that publish on their platform.
If you wanted to use custom text there, you would need to create your own Facebook app (which is the part that Jetpack does for you).
You can read more about it here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/11259#issuecomment-460266635Hi @sailorptah and @dreadlox
I believe this should be fixed in Jetpack 9.9.1, which was released yesterday.
You can read about the fix here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/20057
Please let us know if you still have trouble after updating Jetpack.

Hi there
I checked your product pages, and they don’t appear to be using Jetpack Carousel. Can you provide a link to a page where you’re having trouble?
Hi @kn999nk
As I mentioned, you can block the “Photon/1.0” user agent, and that will prevent your images from being cached by Jetpack.
This should help:
https://moz.com/blog/blocking-bots-based-on-useragentHi @veselin94
I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you mentioned on a test site, and it doesn’t sound like anything that would be affected by Jetpack.
Do you have any browser extensions/settings active that might save form field content?
Have you tried
a) deactivating all plugins except for Jetpack & WooCommerce and testing again?
b) In addition to (a), testing in a different browser to rule out a browser issue?
Let us know what you find.
Hi there
The subscription form can only be displayed using either the Subscription Form Block, a widget, or a shortcode.

Hi @humanist1
It looks like you are now using only AIO SEO og tags, so the sharing content will be determined by those tags. I’d suggest contacting AIO SEO support if you need help with their og tags.
