I checked your support history, and as we mentioned there, Jetpack’s Monitor feature was alerting you of downtime when it was unable to access your site for more than five minutes.
Since you disabled Jetpack, you’ll no longer get those alerts, so it’s possible that your site is still having downtime, you’re just not hearing about it any more. You may want to look into using another downtime monitoring service to make sure.

Stats and followers are linked to the site, not the account, so if disconnect one site and then connect it to the same account as the other site, you won’t lose the stats/followers for that site. You can then migrate your followers using the migration tool, or let us know if you need more help.

It’s hard to say what might cause that without seeing the error on your site.
The first thing I would check for is a plugin/theme conflict, by disabling all plugins except Jetpack, switching to a default theme, and testing again.
If you still see the error, could you add the video again so we can see it, or create a test page containing a video that we can take a look at?
