Hi @jenjen65
Jetpack’s CDN is working fine on your site. The assets mentioned by GTMetrix are not currently supported by Jetpack’s CDN (e.g. theme and plugin assets). Jetpack currently only acts on assets shipped with WordPress core, Jetpack, and WooCommerce.

If you’re concerned about the resources mentioned, you may wish to deactivate Jetpack’s CDN and look for an alternative that supports more static files from different sources such as themes and plugins.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Broken linksHi there
Using dns-prefetch in link tags is standard practice as described here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Performance/dns-prefetchThe links you listed e.g. https://fixfamilycourts.com/fonts.googleapis.com don’t actually appear in full on your site, correct?
Are these being reported by a broken link checker plugin? If so, I’d suggest contacting the author of that plugin to see if there’s a way to mark them as false positives.
Hi again
I’ve sent an email to the address on the account that blog.buildllc.com is connected to.
If you get that email, you can use that email address to access the account.
If you don’t get it, then I’d suggest you try creating a new admin account on the site and connecting it to another WordPress.com account. From there, you can go to https://wordpress.com/people/team/blog.buildllc.com and you should be able to see all of the connected users on the site.
Hope that helps!
Hi again

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Carousel problemHi @borisindrikov and @detroitwidget
Sorry for the trouble caused by this change. We now have an issue open for this, which you can follow here for updates:
Hi @metricmedia
You should be able to reset your WordPress.com password by entering the username here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
That will send a password reset link to the email address associated with that username.
If it turns out that’s not the correct account, we may be able to help further if you can provide your site URL.
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Thanks!
Hi @aratas
Unfortunately, it’s still the same problem despite restarting my server.
Restarting the server is unlikely to help with this. Can you confirm whether you tried turning off Jetpack’s Site Accelerator feature, as Michelle suggested?
You can deactivate it from Jetpack’s settings page, as described here:
https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/Let us know how that goes.
Thanks for posting your solution!
Hi @geren
I’ve asked a developer to look into that and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Hi Pete
Sorry for the confusion there. The SSL comment was directed at @atolmaprod as they currently have another thread open about a different issue.
Regarding your original issue, are you saying that the image is broken on Facebook?
I found your site URL within the image link, and found your Facebook page from your site, and I don’t see any new posts on your Facebook page since July 2nd, and no broken images there. Can you direct us to somewhere where we can see the issue?
Aside from that, I can see that your Jetpack connection is not currently working properly.
Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:
1. Go to the Jetpack menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the Connections area.
3. Click Manage site connection.
4. Click Disconnect and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click Set Up Jetpack button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:
https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack
Thanks.
Hi there
This is a false positive results which our developers have been in touch with Sucuri about.
Sucuri should have released a fix for this 6 days ago, so if you’re still getting alerted about it, I’d suggest contacting Sucuri.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack break my pages.Hi there
What do you mean by ‘site breaks’? Are you seeing any error messages?
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Hi there
It sounds like you may have added some code to remove related posts from the bottom of your posts, as shown here:
https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/#deleteDo you have a code snippets plugin where you might have added that code? If not, I’d suggest checking your theme’s functions.php file to see if you can find it there and remove it.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Video Background Don’t LoadHi again
You mentioned that you didn’t see the issue on a site with Jetpack disabled, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Jetpack is causing the issue. It could be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Did you try disabing all plugins except Jetpack? Have you tried switching to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty?
How are you adding the background video? Is that a feature of your theme?
Hi there
I can see both of the widgets you mentioned on your home page. Is there another page where you’re having this issue, or were you able to resolve the problem?
