Hi there
If you can provide us with the full image URL we will purge it from our cache so it can pick up the new image instead.
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] connection errorYour site’s connection is working as expected now, so I’ll mark this thread as resolved. Let us know if you still have trouble.
Hi there
Your site appears to use Cloudflare, which can conflict with Jetpack Boost in some situations. If you have WAF or Static (Page) Cache enabled, can you try disabling those to see if it helps?
Optimization plugins can also conflict, so try disabling any you have running to see if that allows you to load Jetpack Boost’s speed scores.
Thanks
@dagged @justkeepdistance can you also get in touch with your hosting providers for help determining the cause of the 418 errors?
Then if you still need help from us, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

We have an open issue for this here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/2174It may not be fixed in the short term, but you can find some suggested CSS there which you should be able to use as a temporary fix.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
Your site url had become mixed up with another one in our system when you deactivated the plugin. I’ve fixed this now, so you should see all your stats again.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
Your site appears to be connected properly. If you’re still having trouble, can you double check that you’re logged into the correct WordPress.com account?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Can’t change my review?I’m sorry to hear you find those upgrade options annoying enough to make you want to change your review.
We feel that it’s reasonable to let users know what upgrades are available to them, and they are at the bottom of the page, where you don’t have to scroll past them and you can just ignore them if you’re not interested in upgrading.
Anyway, I’ll pass this on to our marketing team for consideration. Thanks for the feedback!
That’s not possible at the moment, but we do have it on our radar. You can follow along here for any updates:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/20559Hi there
While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:
http://joseprofe7.es/xmlrpc.phpThis file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here:
https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php
Since your site returns a blank page for this URL, I would recommend that you check the following:
1) Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard -> Upgrades page, then click the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
2) Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.
3) Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your host.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to https://wordpress.com.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi BR
That is how ‘defer non-essential JS’ works, it moves some tasks to after the page loads, so that important visual information can be seen sooner.
That may cause issues for certain scripts, so in that case, I’d suggest keeping ‘defer non-essential JS’ disabled.
Hi @valisemag
I can only suspect that something else must be loading on those two posts that is conflicting with the tiled gallery. I did see a lot of js errors in the console when loading some of the pages on your site.
The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.
I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:
– Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
– Then check the posts again. If the gallery works, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, checking those posts in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme.
– Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty. Then check the posts again. If the gallery works, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.
Let us know how that goes.
Hi @deborah86
> The If-So plugin seems to conflict with the JetPack form block.
In that case, if you need to continue using both plugins, I’d suggest experimenting with If-So’s settings to see if you can narrow down a specific setting that is conflicting. You can then report that to the plugin’s developers to see if they can help resolve the issue.
Hi there
I can’t see the issue on your site. All the Instagram posts at the bottom of your homepage are square when I view them on mobile.
What device/browser are you using? Have you tested on any other devices/browsers?
