Hi there
I checked the carousel on your site, by browsing a few of your posts, and clicking on the images, and it all seems to work fine for me. Are you still having trouble?
Hi there
That heading markup will only be used if you have Jetpack Comments enabled:
https://jetpack.com/support/comments/
Since you don’t, the code used will be coming from the core WordPress files instead.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Update breaks WP admin CSSHi there
When Jetpack tries to connect, it’s hitting a 500 (internal server) error. Can you try deactivating all other plugins, then try to connect again? If it works, you can try reactivating the other plugins again.
Hi there
I haven’t been able to reproduce this on a test site using the 2020 theme. Can you share the exact shortcode that you used? Did you add it using a shortcode block?
Hi there
We are still seeing a 403 (unauthorized) response when trying to save the SEO settings for your site.
I’d suggest deactivating all other plugins and testing again, to rule out a plugin conflict. Otherwise, you’ll need to ask your host again to look into what rule is causing that 403 response from your server.
We’ll respond to the other issues in your other support thread.

Hi @delaitec
I think it may have something to do with the way the SVG images were created.
I tested several images from https://freesvg.org/ and none of them were served from Jetpack’s CDN, but when I tested the images from your test page, they both were.
I’m not sure exactly what the difference is, but there appears to be something about your SVG images that is causing them to be cached by Jetpack’s CDN.
Can you try recreating the images, and perhaps experiment with the export settings to see if you can determine what’s causing this issue?
Hi Tansel
There have been a lot of updates to the carousel feature since January. All the closed Pull Requests can be found here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues?q=label%3ACarousel+is%3Aclosed+merged%3A%3E2021-01-01
Since you mentioned ‘data-gallery-src’ was missing, they may want to try searching for any changes related to that, as a starting point.
Hi there
I’m not sure how your host determined that Jetpack is causing those errors if they don’t see the errors in their logs.
In your first screenshot, after the cURL error, it says “to fix this, redo the plugin setup.” and there is a link.
Can you right click on that link and then click “Copy link address” and paste that here in your reply? What happens if you click that link?
Hi there
Currently all directories on your site are publicly browsable. I’d suggest taking a look at this guide on how to disable directory browsing:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/disable-directory-browsing-wordpress/Once you’ve disable that, the link should be deindexed from Google eventually.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
We’re seeing a 500 Internal server error in the http response when trying to make a Jetpack connection to your site.
It could be a plugin or theme that is creating a conflict. I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider, as they should be able to check their server logs for more details on what is causing those 500 errors.

3. Click Manage site connection.
4. Click Disconnect and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click Set Up Jetpack button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

Yes, you can connect any number of sites to the same WordPress.com account, you just need to log into the desired account on WordPress.com and then on each site, go through the steps to disconnect Jetpack (if connected), and then reconnect it to the desired WordPress.com account.
1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
3. Click *Manage site connection*.
4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

Let us know if you have any trouble with that.
Hi there.
The screenshots you linked to appear to have been deleted, so I can’t see those. However, I’m now seeing a good Jetpack connection for https://pousadaparisbarra.com.br/
I’m also seeing the dog image you mentioned in your example, and it is not served from the Jetpack CDN.
Note that there was previously an issue with Jetpack trying to serve SVG images, but that should have been fixed in Jetpack 9.8:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/19925If you still have trouble, can you send some examples of pages/posts where we can see SVG images being served from Jetpack’s CDN?
