In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERRORIf the error persists with Jetpack disabled, then it doesn’t sound like the issue is related to Jetpack. You may need to add the same code to your .htaccess file as Mehdi mentioned above.
If you continue to have trouble I’d suggest posting in the general WordPress.org forums for further help:

Hi Yann
Yes, you should be fine to disable those (you can try it anyway and enable them again if it causes any issues).
However, the xmlrpc.php page should be at the site root, without either /en or /fr and that is currently giving a 404 error:
https://visionarymarketing.com/xmlrpc.php
Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard -> Upgrades page, then click the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Always in safe modeHi there
Is one of the sites a staging site? If so, I’d suggest enabling staging mode on that one to prevent the safet mode warning from appearing:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack ProblemHi there
It sounds like you’re still having trouble logging into your site. Since the site has a WordPress.com Business plan, I’d suggest contacting WordPress.com support directly so they can help you gain access again:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] site statsThank you, we have received your support ticket and we’ll get back to you by email as soon as possible.
Hi there
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. I tested with one of my own Jetpack sites, and I’m not seeing any issues with the stats on the WordPress.com mobile app. I’d suggest opening a support ticket directly in the app by tapping on your account avatar, then ‘Help and Support’. Our mobile support team will then be able to assist you directly.
I checked a few of your sites and found the same as Mehdi, that Google and Bing are listed as the top referrers for the last 5 days. If you’re viewing the stats in your wp-admin area, can you also check the stats on WordPress.com to see if they are the same?
If so, could you please provide the URL of one or more affected sites here so that we can take a closer look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] i0.wp.com in image linkThe fix for this will be included in the Jetpack 10.4 release in December.
Hi there
Can you let us know what you’re searching for, so that we can see this issue?
Could you also please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Links to other sites would be preserved, assuming they are contained within the regular page/post content area.
Your recipe plugin and custom function may be an issue though. Plugins and custom themes can only be used on WordPress.com if you have the Business plan, otherwise you would need to find an alternative solution for those features.
I’d suggest contacting WordPress.com support if you have more specific questions about the migration.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Abnormal statisticsHi @acekin
I don’t see any evidence of a glitch in the system, although I suppose it’s a possibility. It’s also possible that an automated script may have been used to visit your site and load every page. Most scripts like search engine crawlers etc. won’t be counted in your stats, but it’s possible that some might be included, which could explain the sudden spike in views.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Unable to login to WebsiteHi there
Your Jetpack connection is working fine, and based on your site’s activity log, it looks like you have been able to log in?
Please let us know if you’re still having trouble here.
Our developers have identified an issue with the way Jetpack syncs site data, which can cause a delay in the checkout on some sites. We are planning some improvements which will help with this, but we don’t have a timeline for that at the moment.
