Hi Jeffrey
Are you referring to the content options as described here?
https://jetpack.com/support/content-options/
Which setting in particular are you having trouble with?
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

Hi @itzmostafiz
We are not currently aware of any conflicts between Jetpack Boost and WP-Rocket, as mentioned here.
If you do find any issues, please open a new thread on the Jetpack Boost forum.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Not connected 200Hi Björn
Settings are saved in the database, not in the plugin folder, so you’d need to restore the database, although I’m not sure that would help as the Jetpack connection is still not working.
Due to a SSL problem, may hoster changed the URL (site and home) inside the wp_config-database from https to http.
I don’t see any SSL problem on your site, and the site loads over https, so I’d suggest asking them to change that back to https.
Please let us know when that’s done so we can test the connection again.

As @fierevere mentioned, you (or the copyright holder) would need to submit a DMCA takedown request to get content removed from VideoPress. The process is explained here:
Hi there.
You’re right that you will only see a single account under the Connections section in Jetpack > Dashboard. This is the site’s primary Jetpack connection. So you can only use the link there to log into the app using that account.
However, any other admin on your site can connect to their WordPress.com account by signing into their account on your site and then clicking the ‘Connect your WordPress.com account’ link in Jetpack > Dashboard.
They won’t be able to use the login link under ‘Connections’ but they can log directly into the WooCommerce app using their WordPress.com login and they will see your site under their connected stores.
Hope that helps!
Hi again
Since the issue still remains on the previous version of Jetpack, it seems unlikely that the issue is caused by Jetpack, so the next update is also unlikely to correct anything.
Have you tried switching to another theme to see if that makes a difference? If so, you might try contacting the theme author for advice, or post on the general forums at WordPress.org:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] SEO Description not workingHi there. Google may be seeing cached versions of your pages, so firstly I’d suggest clearing your site’s cache to see if that helps (you’d also need to wait for Google to crawl your site again).
However, it’s also worth noting that there’s no guarantee Google will use the meta description from your site in its search results, as explained here:
https://www.searchenginejournal.com/why-google-rewrites-meta-descriptions/370452/If you check the source code and you can see the ‘meta description’ tag with the correct description in it, then Jetpack has done its job, the rest is up to Google to decide what to display in the results.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack syncing errorHi Grant
It looks like the sync completed successfully. Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi there
Your site appears to have only one connected WordPress.com user. Each user who wants to use the app will need to log into the site and link their account on the site to their WordPress.com account via the Jetpack > Dashboard menu.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Don’t want XML-RPCHi there
Jetpack, much like other plugins, services, and apps like mobile apps, relies on the XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. If this is blocked, your Jetpack connection will stop working properly.
If you disable XML-RPC you won’t be able to make a Jetpack connection on your site, so you’ll be unable to use the features that rely on the connection, as detailed here:
https://jetpack.com/support/why-the-wordpress-com-connection-is-important-for-jetpack/
Hi Yann
I’m afraid we may have reached the limits of our support here. From our end, we need the xmlrpc.php file to be accessible at https://visionarymarketing.com/xmlrpc.php for Jetpack to connect properly.
We’re not very familiar with the specifics of how WPML and Redirection work, so it’s probably worth contacting their support for help figuring out why the xmlrpc file is redirecting, and why your language redirections are no longer working as expected.
Hi Paulina
There isn’t currently a setting to edit the success message, although we have an issue open for that, which has a pull request in progress, so you can follow along there for updates:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/21187Hi Michael
While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:
https://xxx.net/xmlrpc.phpThis file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here:
https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php
Since your site returns a ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR error for this page, I would recommend contacting your host to see if they can help resolve that error for you.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to https://wordpress.com.
Let me know how it goes!
