Jetpack only handles the connection for the Woo app, not the app features. I’d suggest contacting WooCommerce support for help with this. You can do that directly from the app by tapping the Help & Support link, or you can contact them here.

I tried to reproduce this issue on a test site, but the carousel worked as expected on a tiled gallery on a portfolio page, whether I was logged in or not.
Did you add the galleries using the Tiled Gallery block, or using the old Classic Editor? If you can’t remember, could you test adding a new gallery using the block editor and see if the same thing happens?

The VideoPress block should work fine with the default block editor. If you’re getting an error, we’ll need to take a look at your site. Since you have a paid plan, you can contact us via this contact form for priority support. Please mention this thread when completing the form.
You can also try the Video block, which also has a video quality setting.

It’s just a setting on our end of the Jetpack connection. It should help reduce the number of requests made to your site.

Please try removing any current connections that aren’t working, and make sure you remove the connection from the Facebook (etc.) side too, as described here:

Let us know if you still have trouble after fully disconnecting and reconnecting.

I checked the page you mentioned in Chrome and Firefox, and I was able to view the image gallery and click through every image without any issues.
Have you tested on different desktop devices in case there’s an issue specific to the device you’re using?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Emtpy cart after loginIf the issue occurs on your site but not on my test site, there may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems.
The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and clear your browser’s cache.
- Then test again. If the cart does not empty then you know another plugin is conflicting here.
- You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.
- Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
- Then test again to determine whether it’s a problem with the theme.
Let us know what you find.

Hi there. I’ve made a change to the way data is synced to/from your site. Please let us know if that helps.
BTW, this safe mode screen showed up in the production this time.
That should only happen if the staging site was copied to production.
I wish there is a way to select safe mode even if the screen did not pop up.
There isn’t a way to manually trigger safe mode, it can only be activated automatically if the site is detected as a duplicate.

Jetpack doesn’t have any control over where your traffic comes from, but you can mark referrers as spam if you don’t want to see them in your stats.
Regarding your ‘clicks’ question, it looks like that belongs to the follow.it service. Is that something you use on your site?
