JetPack gallery does not work on desktop

    Hi

    I am so happy that JetPack gallery finally was made for portable devices, but for some reason it does not work on desktop anymore (FF & Chrome @W10)

    You click on some thumb, image comes up, you try to navigate left or right with mouse or keys, maybe you get to the next image, but then it all freezes. You cannot go back, you cannot go forward, it seems like even the browser navigation does not work.

    I am sw developer (C#) so I tried to figure out where could the problem be (somehow it seems to me when you click on photo, the hot-spots/registration points for navigation are not being used, but you click on what’s below the poped out image), but things (CSS_ are too rich for me. I cannot even figure out if it’s theme thing or JetPacks…

    Any ideas what should I try or where the problem lies?

    I could live without JetPack, but I have too many galleries so I would want some plugin that shows them right on Desktop and mobile as well

    Hi there

    I checked the page you mentioned in Chrome and Firefox, and I was able to view the image gallery and click through every image without any issues.

    Have you tested on different desktop devices in case there’s an issue specific to the device you’re using?

    Thx for checking. Please try these steps. (Navigation between poped out images is the problem
    1.) open this URL:

    2.)Try to click (with mouse) on the left navigation arrow. It does not work. But slightly to the right there are some hotspots from menu navigation. I dunno how to screen shot that

    3.) You can try left or right arrow (on keyboard) it will get you to previous or next photo, but after that, even the cross in upper right corner is not working

    Hi @gastan –

    I tested this on Firefox, a Chromium browser, and Safari and could not reproduce the issue.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache in case something is interfering? Please also temporarily disable any browser extensions that you have installed.
