Please always feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about WP Mail SMTP.
Have a good one 🙂
Hi there @maryamsmarkwebdwp,
Thanks for reaching out! I do apologize for the trouble. Let’s see if we can get you connected. 🙂
Based on the error message, the issue likely has to do with a setting in your Google Cloud settings. Check to make sure the Google app you created is set to Production mode. We have a guide here that shows this feature and how to make sure it’s not in Test mode:
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @ausmetics,
Thanks for reaching out! That sounds like an issue with your contact form, not with WP Mail SMTP. However, to make sure WP Mail SMTP can send emails, log into your site and go to WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Email Test. From there, you can send a test email to yourself to make sure email delivery is working.
As for your form, it’s best to check with the developer of your form about the refreshing issue. However, what I would try first is disabling any caching plugins you may have installed. Try that, and then refresh the page and try submitting your form. It may be that the cache is interfering with your form.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @chrslcy,
Thanks for reaching out! Please know that we designed our plugin review notices to pop up only for admins. To figure out who’s an admin, we use a built-in WordPress function calledÂ
is_super_admin. This function checks if a user has the power toÂdelete_users. If they do, they’re treated as an admin. So, it seems that all of those editors might have been granted the ability to delete users, which is why they’re seeing the review message.
I hope this helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @sabbirislam397,
Thanks for reaching out! After some testing on our side, we believe the best way forward is to manually import using the Elementor Global Colors using the action hook ocdi/after_import.
Unfortunately, we don’t know where Elementor saves this data. If you can reach out to Elementor’s support to get the custom code you’ll need, that should help.
Thanks!

Hey @nerzhsteel,
That’s great to hear! We’re glad Easy WP SMTP has been easy to use for you and is helping you out.

Hi there @robertad92,
Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the emails are being delivered, but either Gmail is rejecting them or flagging them as spam, or they aren’t leaving the SMTP server. I’m leaning more toward Gmail rejecting them.
Try running a test email to Mail-Tester.com to see what their scanner says about the email. It may be that your sending IP is on a blacklist or might be missing necessary DNS entries to authenticate your email. Mail-Tester may be able to identify the problem.
In the meantime, you can also try switching to another mailer temporarily. Check out this section of our site. It walks through each mailer we support and includes the benefits of each: https://easywpsmtp.com/categories/docs/mailers/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Some Emails Not LoggingHi there @thekatbrady,
It sounds like your form might be bypassing our plugin, but I can’t say for certain. Can you let me know if you’re using a connected Constant Contact account with the Constant Contact form plugin?
It is odd that this issue isn’t consistent. The emails that are not being recorded, are they still being delivered? If you can let us know, that should help.
Thanks!
Hi there @stephunique,
Thanks for reaching out! I believe you hit the nail on the head with BuddyPress. The issue you are seeing likely has to do with the way BuddyPress sends emails. Fortunately, there is a way around it.
Check out this post on our blog. It walks through this issue and how to resolve it. Since you’re already connected to your mailer service, you can drop down to Step 4 and go from there. You’ll need to add a small code snippet to your site, but we explain how to do that and provide the code snippet.

In reply to: [One Click Demo Import] Importation errorsHi there @moguls,
These errors shouldn’t be causing the issues you’re seeing with importing, as they are not related to our plugin. However, if you can provide some further information, we might be able to point you in the right direction.
When you get a moment, please let know:
- Are these sites all hosted on the same webhosting provider?
- Which version of WordPress are you using?
- Which version of PHP are you using?
- Which themes are you using and importing content for?
Also, try enabling the WordPress debug log and then try running the importer. This way if there are any issues from it, the errors should be captured.
Thanks!

Hi @corpporthis,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a glowing review! We’re glad to hear how much you enjoy WP Mail SMTP. We hope it continues to treat you well for years to come.
Have a great day!
Hi there @dev1122,
Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin doesn’t block sending emails, but your mailer service might. Which mailer service are you using? When you get a moment, check with your mailer service to make sure emails to primebrands.com aren’t being suppressed. It’s possible that your addresses have been put on their suppression list, which would stop emails from being sent to you.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
