Hi there @kabarovsky,
Thanks for reaching out. This happens because you’re sending through your Gmail account, so Gmail puts a copy in your Sent folder. Outlook does the same thing. We’re unable to change that behaviour since it’s handled on the mailer side of things.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hey there @rkra,
It sounds like the translations may not have downloaded for you. When you get a moment, check your updates to see if you have any translations updates available.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi there @napedesigner,
Thanks for reaching out! When you get a moment, double check your settings. You mentioned that you’re trying to connect to smtp.cludevendas.net on 587, but in the connection information, it shows the Host is localhost on port 25. There may be a misconfiguration in the settings.
Additionally, if you’d like to try Gmail again, we have a guide here that can help you get set up through the Gmail API:
https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/setting-up-the-gmail-mailer/
Or if you prefer, the Gmail SMTP server:
https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/setting-up-the-other-smtp-mailer/#gmail-smtp-settings
Just be sure to also use an App Password with the Gmail SMTP server:
https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/setting-up-the-other-smtp-mailer/#google-workspace
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @lolo44500,

Hi there @hemant112233,
Thanks for reaching out! Based on the error, it looks like there may be an issue with your SMTP server. For instance, in the error message you shared, it says:
STOREDRV.Storage; mailbox server is too busy;Failed to process message due to a transient exception with messageCannot open mailbox. Server = BY5PR12MB4260.namprd12.prod.outlook.com,It looks like this problem may have to do with the SMTP server you’re connecting to. It’s possible that the custom code in your functions file may be affecting it, but if that same unchanged code was working before, I would look more at the SMTP server you’re connecting to.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @rkra,
WP Mail SMTP includes multiple built-in translations. This means that if your WordPress site uses, for instance, the Spanish language, our plugin will be translated as such automatically.
In case it helps, if you’d like to translate WP Mail SMTP into any additional languages, we have a guide n our site that walks through the process:
https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/translating-wp-mail-smtp-into-a-different-language/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @merlinsilk,
It looks like there’s an issue with your Redirect URI setting. Take a look at this part of our setup guide. It provides information on this error and how to address it:
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi again @rolfvanes,
Could you also share an example of a broken subject line that includes “?us-ascii?”
Also, which version of WordPress are you using? And, if emails land in your inbox, could you try opening the same broken emails in different email clients (webmail, Outlook/Thunderbird/Appl Mail, etc) to see if the email is broken across the board?
Thanks!
Hi there @lolo44500,
Thanks for reaching out! Can you let us know which mailer server you’re using with WP Mail SMTP?
Also, when you get a moment, try sending a test email from your site to this site: Mail-Tester.com. Mail Tester will look at everything about the email to let you know if it identifies any issues.
Thanks!
Hi there @rolfvanes,
Thanks for reaching out! We’re looking into this, but if you can let us know more about what type of issue you’re running into, that should help. Specifically, if you can tell us if you’re seeing any errors or if something is happening to the emails on delivery, that should help assist our team in finding a solution for you.
Thanks!
Hi there @reykjavik2012,
Thanks for reaching out! I took a look at your site and it’s loading without any issues. Based on what you described, it sounds like the issue has more to do with an SSL certificate misconfiguration than an issue directly related to WP Mail SMTP.
If this come up again, have your web host take a look. According to the error, there was a valid SSL certificate presented, but it wasn’t for your domain. There may have been a problem with issuing your SSL certificate.
I hope that helps! If you have any further questions, just let us know!
Thanks!
