I’m still not convinced how clearing a client-side cache could resolve a server-side PHP error.
How can caching cause a PHP error? That doesn’t make any sense to me. Besides, I cleared all the W3TC caches and it was still broken.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Disable RUM for specific pagesI’m generating XSL/XML and the RUM code is being inserted, making it invalid.

In reply to: [Active Directory Integration] Disable new multisite global configurationIn our case, being able to set the LDAP server settings and user settings globally would be great. It’s just the authentication settings that need to be per-blog. And in that case, all of our settings are easily delivered via a template (we use <blogpath>_authors, <blogpath>_editors, etc).
So, a system where you can set the overall configuration at the network level and then per-blog authentication, or use a template for authentication with global groups, etc, would be great.

In reply to: [Rapid Twitter Widget] Widget stopped workingThere is a new version that uses the Twitter 1.1 API at the GitHub repo:
https://github.com/peterwilsoncc/rapid-twitter-widget/
Peter is aware of the API issues. There are also a couple of pull requests from me so that the widget can be used across a WordPress network without configuring a Twitter Application for each site.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3TC not creating index.php static fileHappening to me as well.
From what I can tell, the subsites of my WordPress network are being cached just fine, however the main blog/site is not. I can’t see any page_enhanced files being created for it at all.

In reply to: [Liveblog] [Plugin: Liveblog] Error 404Yeah, doesn’t work with permalinks for me either. If I use the default ?p=XX it works fine. I had W3 Total Cache installed before, but it had been deactivated and deleted before I installed Liveblog.
When I look at the rules with the Rewrite Rules Inspector, I can see that all four rules for liveblog are missing their source. I’ve tried enabling the plugin at the network level and at the individual site level, but neither makes any difference.

In reply to: [CDN Sync Tool] [Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Combined JS/CSS and WP Super CacheSure, that’s pretty easy. I’ll send through the theme and the list of plugins from the live site tomorrow. Thanks!

In reply to: [CDN Sync Tool] [Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Combined JS/CSS and WP Super CacheOk, give me a few days to copy the live site across to a test VM and reset the CDN sync stuff and what-not. Shouldn’t take me more than two or three days. This isn’t my day job (I manage this site as a volunteer), so I’ll need to find sometime after work.

In reply to: [CDN Sync Tool] [Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Combined JS/CSS and WP Super CacheI think that solved some of the issues, but not all — the JS on my main page started working, even with Advanced Optimisation enabled in Closure, but the CSS was still somewhat broken once combined.
I’m happy to setup a test site for you with the theme and plugins I’m using if you want. I have an unlimited site license to use this theme, so that’s not an issue.

In reply to: [CDN Sync Tool] [Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Combined JS/CSS and WP Super CacheGroovy. I’m watching that issue and will monitor the repo for fixes. In the meantime, I’ll adjust the JS/CSS tomorrow and see how we go.
