Hi Shadab,
Thanks for your question!
Currently, Tutor LMS does not support setting prices for individual topics within a course. The pricing structure is set at the course level only, and there’s no built-in option to charge separately for topics or lessons.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Course EditHi there,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.
This could potentially be a plugin conflict. To check, kindly try deactivating all other plugins except Tutor LMS and see if the problem still occurs. If the issue persists even after that, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing you can use https://snipboard.io to upload and share the image with us.
I’ll be happy to investigate further once I have that information!

To resolve the spacing issue between the header and the Tutor LMS content (like the dashboard, login, registration, etc.), please try the following:
- Go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS in your WordPress dashboard.
- Paste the following CSS code:
header.header-transparent { position: sticky !important; }This should correct the layout by adjusting how the header interacts with the content below it.
Let me know if this works for you or if you need further adjustments!

To answer your query, the “Frontend Course Builder” is now the default after the update, and there isn’t an option to switch back to the previous backend builder. However, you can use the “Legacy Mode” to access the backend course builder. While in this mode, you will be able to manage some settings, but please note that you can only select third-party access settings related to TutorLMS.

As for the “Course Settings” box on the backend, with the Gutenberg editor, settings are now managed through different tabs. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to revert to the old backend builder, as TutorLMS has moved to a fully customized course builder with more features and flexibility.
I’d suggest exploring the different tabs within the new course builder to find the settings you’re looking for. If you need further assistance navigating the new builder, feel free to let me know!

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out!
The
/blog/prefix appearing in your course URLs in a multisite setup is a common behavior in WordPress multisite environments. It typically comes from the base path structure for the main site or network settings. To remove it from the course-related pages, here are a couple of potential approaches you can consider:- Adjust WordPress Permalink Settings:
- Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard.
- If your multisite is configured in a way that forces the
/blog/part, you might need to adjust the permalink structure for your site or courses. - For example, you can modify the custom structure to avoid using
/blog/by editing the base slug for the course post type.
- Custom Rewrite Rules:
- You can add custom rewrite rules to your
.htaccessfile to modify how URLs are displayed for the courses and course archive. - You may need to work with a developer to implement this solution, as it requires an understanding of how WordPress handles rewrites.
- You can add custom rewrite rules to your
Currently, this is not a feature directly supported by TutorLMS, but the solutions above should help you work around it.
If you need further assistance with implementing any of these solutions, feel free to reach out.

Technical Support Engineer, Themeum.Hi @tommann,
Thank you for the update!
I believe the issue might be due to a conflict caused by a custom template built using a page builder. If you have created a custom template for the single course page, kindly delete it and try again. This should allow the default Tutor LMS single course page to function correctly.
Let me know if you need further assistance!

After pressing the “Enroll now” button, there should be a “Start Learning” button that appears. Could you please confirm if this is not showing up on your end? If it’s not, providing some screenshots of the issue would be a great help in troubleshooting further.
Regarding the backend student section, it only shows users who have enrolled in a course. Therefore, if a student hasn’t been enrolled in any course yet, they will not appear in the Tutor LMS Students page, but they will be listed under WordPress Users.
Looking forward to your response!

By default, when users register, they are assigned the ‘Subscriber’ role. As a Subscriber, they can access the frontend student dashboard and enroll in courses without any issues. There’s no need to manually assign them the ‘Student’ role.
Let me know if you’re facing any specific issues with enrollment or dashboard access!

Dip Saha | Tutor LMS Support TeamHi @stk_jj ,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I completely understand your concerns regarding the separate dashboards for WooCommerce and Tutor LMS and how this impacts the user experience, especially for those selling multiple product types alongside courses.
At the moment, Tutor LMS and WooCommerce function as separate systems, with WooCommerce handling broader e-commerce functionalities while Tutor LMS focuses on course management. While integrating WooCommerce dashboard elements (such as order history, downloads, and address management) directly into the Tutor LMS dashboard would indeed enhance the experience, this requires custom development, as you’ve outlined.
Your approach using a child theme, registering WooCommerce tabs via
functions.php, and creating custom templates for better integration is definitely a viable solution for now. However, I agree that a more seamless, built-in integration would be beneficial. I will pass your feedback to our development team for consideration in future updates. If you have any specific implementation questions or need assistance with customization, feel free to ask. I appreciate your patience and valuable input!

To resolve the issue with registration, kindly go to WordPress Settings and enable the “Anyone can register” option. Additionally, please ensure that the course is set as a public course.
This should allow users to register and enroll in the free course without needing to log in. Let me know if you need further assistance!

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] typo in the tabHi @junichi103103,
Thank you for the update!
For the accordion issue where the lessons won’t expand, please make sure that you have added lessons under each of the topics. If the topics are empty or not assigned any lessons, the accordion won’t expand.
Additionally, ensure there is no custom CSS that could be hiding the lesson blocks. You can check this by temporarily disabling any custom CSS to see if the lessons become visible.
Let me know if you need further assistance!
