Hello,

As you are using the “Bank Transfer”, then you need to approve the payment from the ARMember Lite -> Manage Subscriptions page at the “All Activities” tab here you can Approve/Reject the payment as per your requirement and then the plan will be assigned to the member.

Please check accordingly and let me know how it goes.
