Please check the “Contact Data Encoding” section of the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin settings.
Settings:
Encode email addresses
Encode phone numbers
WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced Settings and check the “Contact Data Encoding” section.

If you add the main URL https://www.fhc-sprachreisen.de/ to Exceptions, you will exclude the entire website from protection.
We checked your homepage https://www.fhc-sprachreisen.de/ and found that CleanTalk scripts aren’t a heavy load.
Excluding pages in the settings does not remove CleanTalk scripts from the website page.
