Please check the “Contact Data Encoding” section of the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin settings.
Settings:
Encode email addresses
Encode phone numbers
WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced Settings and check the “Contact Data Encoding” section.

Please make sure you clear the site cache after enabling the option.
