Anti Spam blocking valid clients emails

Hello,
I’m facing an issue where the Anti-Spam system (CleanTalk) is blocking legitimate users from submitting forms and registering on my website.

Valid users are being flagged as spam and their actions are being denied. This includes:- Contact form submissions being blocked
- User registrations being denied
- Legitimate leads not reaching us
Evidence from logs:
From the Anti-Spam report and logs:- A high number of legitimate requests are being blocked
- Many entries show:
- “Contact form denied”
- “Registration denied”
- “Order denied”
- These are coming from real users (Brazilian IPs, normal behavior)
Stats (last report):
- Contact enquiries: 133 spam vs 76 legitimate
- SpamFireWall: 458 blocked requests
- Website-specific data shows a very high number of blocked interactions compared to successful ones
What I’ve checked:
- The forms are working correctly
- No unusual bot activity pattern from these users
- This is impacting real conversions and business performance
What I need help with:
- Why are legitimate users being flagged as spam?
- How can I reduce false positives?
- Are there specific settings I should adjust (e.g. sensitivity, country filtering, JavaScript checks, etc.)?
- Is there a recommended configuration for contact forms and WooCommerce in this case?
This issue is directly affecting lead generation and sales, so I’d appreciate urgent guidance.
