In reply to: [WP Lightbox 2] Plugin no longer working?Update: All fixed. Discovered the issue is related to a plugin called Comment Sorter. Watch out if you are using both. Just get rid of Comment Sorter.

In reply to: [WP Lightbox 2] Plugin no longer working?Update: Discovered that it is working on some images but not others. Also double checked and none of these image settings had changed. All are and have been set to “link to media file”. However, this plugin seems to be working randomly on my site. (www.plastibots.com)
Works here: http://www.plastibots.com/index.php/2014/02/21/diy-quadcopter-build/
Does not work here: http://www.plastibots.com/index.php/2015/01/01/quadcopter-enhanced-lost-model-alarm/
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Cant see theme in Admin PanelSo I deleted the theme and reinstalled it, and it still does not show. Im giving up as I think its an issue with the theme (Constructor). One thing I noticed is that Constructor has some files and folders in my Uploads folder, but any other theme seems to keep all its files in the themes folder. I did have some heade4 customization, but figured it would have worked after deleting and recreating.

In reply to: Cant see theme in Admin PanelJust did it. Disabled all plugins, switched theme to 2014. Result:
– site shows 2014
– Appearance shows 2014 as active theme.
– Themes does not show Constructor theme as an available theme to use. all other themes show.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Cant see theme in Admin PanelOk. I’ll give it a try and report back.

In reply to: Cant see theme in Admin PanelI am reluctant to turn off all plugins after reading other nightmares folks had when doing the same. Is there another way to test this?
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Cant see theme in Admin PanelUpdate: I found that when I click on Themes on the toolbar, the screen quickly shows the active theme (constructor) at the top left and I see the theme count = 11, but within a second, it refreshes and the active theme is no longer there and the count is 10. It is as if WP is filtering out showing the active theme in this section. When I choose customize, I can see constructor.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: 3.5 on IIS7 unable to update plug-ins and themesJust installed WP 3.5 and got the same error. As indicated in earlier posts, the issue is related to the IUSR account not having access to the Windows\Temp folder. However, after some testing, I found that the user does not need write access. In my case, I have the defaults (Read & Exec, List Folder Contents, Read) set and it works fine. I tested this by then removing the user and it failed again. So, just adding the IUSR to the folder will suffice. Looking fwd to 3.5.1 to get rid of this security hole…
Here’s an example of the error you can expect to receive:
Downloading update from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/%5Bplugin name here]…
Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Utime failed: No such file or directory in C:\websites\clients-a\astolfo\www.plastibots.com\wordpress\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 179
Unpacking the update…The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:\WINDOWS\TEMP/[plugin name here].tmp’

In reply to: [Special Text Boxes] [Plugin: Special Text Boxes] Does not workDon’t really have time to figure out what other errors might be causing this to not work. Thx anyway, found something else that suits my needs.
