Under Additional CSS at the bottom there is a setting for: Media width . By default this is empty.
The info associated with Media is: Set a different content width for full size images. The default content width for the Twenty Seventeen theme is 1200 pixels.
With Options for Twenty Seventeen it appears for the posts to be 1200 then this needs to be set to 1200.
I reached out to Weaver. This was the response:

You were spot on. It was an outdated cached version. I just killed the server and browser caches and its working as expected. Happy New Year to you.

thanks for that I was having the same probelm and just deactivated that plugin.
Just following up to see if there are any pointers?
It uses SiteGround and the SiteGround Supercaching tool
All my other sites use this too and they converted with no problem.
The only difference is this site uses PolylangForum: Plugins
