In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events page breaks my header layoutIn this case can you completely disable and purge Divi Optimization for CSS and JS files?
Inspecting your source I can see cached and optimised files like
/et-cache/global/et-divi-customizer-global-1576742422373.min.cssThis optimisation can be generating your issue.
Please let me know any news

Can you please share a screenshot with the error that you’re facing?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Post category vs Event categoryHi there @gaspy!
Let me try to clarify this for you.
Events Categories aren’t related to Posts Categories.
You can have two categories with the same name / slug but they’re totally independent. On this way if you access /events/category/slug you’ll see only events under that category and not posts.
i.e. https://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/Please try it and let me know any question

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events page breaks my header layoutHi there @seoergoweb!
How’re you doing?Checking your website I can see that you’re using some Caching / Optimization plugin right?
All the files provided by our plugin are already optimised and do this again can generate some unexpected behaviour.
My first tip for you here it’s to deactivate your optimisation to our plugin and completely purge your cache.
After do that test your page again and let me know here if you still needs help 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The eventscalendar and login accountsHi there @richard_vermeer!
How’re you?Any event created with our plugins has the same options as a regular WordPress Post.
• Public
• Password Protected
• PrivateYou can learn more from this here => https://wordpress.org/support/article/post-status/
So if you use Password Protected status only users with that password will be able to access this post.
Another option it’s to use any plugin capable of add this feature to posts.
Please let me know if you have any question
