In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Insert reservation formHello @molocreatividad!
Thank you so much for use our plugins π
Actually the form is attached to the ticket and there’s no way to embed the form directly into other place. So far, it’s possible to do it with the ticket if you have Events Tickets Plus license.
Take a look on this page to see if helps https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/embedding-tickets-and-rsvps/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Make email field not required on the attendee info?Hello @lena11dwp!
Thank you so much for use our plugins!
I believe that the easiest way to do it is change your Individual Attendee Collection (IAC) setting.- Inside your WordPress Dashboard please go to “Events > Settings > Attendee Registration” page.
- Once there, look for “Attendee Registration” section
- Change the “Individual Attendee Collection Default Setting” to No Individual Attendee Collection
This change will make your Event ask only the name and the email of the person that is purchasing the ticket, and not a name and email for every ticket.
If you need detailed instructions, this page should help you https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/enabling-attendee-information-for-tickets#h-no-individual-attendee-collection

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Open the “read more link” in a new tab or pageHello @rebecad88!
First of all, congratulations! Your calendar looks beautiful in your website π
Inspecting the source code I can see that you’re using Template Events Calendar to insert the calendar inside your popup.
So looks like this plugin generates some shortcodes where they load Events data from your database. I believe that they should have a snippet or maybe a shortcode parameter to help you on that.
If you were using our default views I could help you to find a solution, but since is their plugin loading our Events I can’t help you too munch on this.
You can reach their Support Forum asking for help
Stay safe!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event category in the single event pageHello @bakoline!
How’re you? There’s no setting available that would allow you to change this location. But there’re two alternative that you can use:
1) Use the Customization tutorial to add your own code and show the categories
2) Use some CSS hack to move category to the top
Let me know if this helps

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] How to Display Event Category DescriptionHello @amfiska!
We don’t have a out-of-the-box way to show this description, but I believe it’s doable with some kind of snippet.
I’ll try to find a solution and update you later.
Stay tuned
