In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Ajax error: Unexpected end of JSON inputThanks for the update, @meroving! It does seem like other WP Job Manager users have had issues with that plugin before.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Job Offers Expiration Dates Error@ibiza69 I am unable to replicate your issue on my test site with the same settings.
Does the issue only affect one job listing? Is it possible that the customer already manually renewed the listing?
In addition, to help us replicate the issue, are you using any other plugins for WP Job Manager?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Keyword search@hastibe Our developers actually released an improvement for search very recently.
As for the “Duplicate” menu option for jobs on the job dashboard, I see one of our developers has already responded on the GitHub issue.
@pepe80 The page you linked to is the only one we have. I’ll alert the developers about any updates it might need, however.
@burble Since you have Sensei Pro, can you please send us a message instead?
Per the WordPress.org community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid add-ons) in these forums.
Thanks for reporting back, Kevin! The conflict is indeed strange. We don’t have other reports like it recently.
I looked at conflicts other plugins have had with EWWW Image Optimizer, however, and any CDN settings you might have seem like a good place to start. If you want to continue with EWWW Image Optimizer, I’d also suggest reaching out to their support team so they can help you configure the plugin in a way that minimizes conflicts.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] critical error on user’s backendHi, @devsaredead! This is the first we’re hearing of a critical error from the latest version. I also just updated on my site, but things are working as expected.
Can you confirm you’re on version 2.3.0? In addition, can you still temporarily deactivate the plugin to determine whether it is indeed causing the critical error?
Also, since you say the back end still looks fine, on which page exactly is the critical error showing up?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] WP Job Manager Themes Built Using Elementor[…] Is there any Elementor templates that is built specifically for WPJM instead of using one of their themes?
Hi, @tkgnewseed! I’m not sure about Elementor templates built specifically for WP Job Manager, but you may want to look into the Elementor Connector for WP Job Manager. It wil allow you to use pre-designed Elementor templates as page layouts.

@cameronatappinlet Just responded to your other thread about editing emails from the Sensei LMS settings, but I see you’re already doing that, so apologies if that’s no longer relevant!
Regarding this particular issue with your edits not reflecting, do you see your edits being reverted in the Block Editor at all? Or do they remain in the Block Editor, and it’s just not reflecting in the email/preview?
Which particular shortcodes have you been having trouble with so we can test this as well?
Hi, @cameronatappinlet! Which part of the email are you trying to edit exactly, and what would you like to see instead?
For instance, have you already tried just editing the email from WP Admin > Sensei LMS > Settings > Emails > Quiz Graded? If you haven’t yet, depending on your requirements, it may be enough for you to add text from there.
