In reply to: [WP Job Manager] No Submission for Jobs FormHi @bindlegirl . This is a membership site so we’re running PaidMembershipPro with a number of addons. Certain pages on the site are locked to “logged in users” with specific membership levels – the Jobs Submission page is one of those pages. I tried removing the membership criteria though and the submission still only lets me save drafts, no actual submit button appears. The membership section of the site is critical – I can’t disable that for any long period of time. I can try cloning the site onto a dev environment and switching to a different theme without the PaidMembershipPro plugins. Any other suggestions?
FYI, there’s a second support thread I found dealing with this same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/events-showing-up-in-the-incorrect-month/#post-13908964. The suggestion is to activate Dev Version updates and then run the latest update (documentation: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/upgrade-dev-version/). This worked for me and solved the issue. 🙂 Good luck!
Thank you! I was having the same issue and updating to the dev version fixed the problem. Much appreciated!
We’re experiencing this exact same issue: https://www.bethshalombluehills.org/community/calendar/. All the dates and events are correct for January but the calendar title is displaying December (and when you click next it advances to January, but it’s really February). Any solutions? We’re on version 5.9.9

In reply to: [Fonts Plugin | Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts & Upload Fonts] SSL Issue?Aaah, my apologies. I’ll keep poking around to figure out which plugin is at fault. Thanks for that link, I’ll definitely give that plugin a try! Much appreciated.
DinahI would love to know the answer to this as well. We have a pro account, support tickets that have gone unanswered since October, and are feeling quite stuck.
My ticket is here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/users-ultra/, under this username (dberch). I also have three open tickets – the oldest of which is now three months old with no response – in https://pluginsarea.com/support/ under username Dinah. Ticket #s 34676, 3948 and 3947. When I pay for a plugin I expect some amount of support in a timely fashion.
Hello,
Yes, my site is getting this error as well, and the plugin is active and functioning normally. Is this because a license expired? Did you find any way to remove the message?Dinah Berch
Hi @photocrati. I appreciate the fast responses. I have tried to reach out to the other author and have not yet received a response. I’m afraid I have no idea how to see the error_logs you referred to. I’ve run further testing and I still can only get the membership directory pages to load correctly when NextGen is deactivated. I’m looking into other gallery plugins – I need to have the membership directory.
If you think of anything that might help, or can talk me through accessing the logs please let me know. Thanks,
DinahThanks @photocrati. Unfortunately, I’m not a coder so I can’t see if there’s anything more obvious in the PhP or something. All I know is that when NGG is active, all UM-related pages such as login, profile, etc. go completely blank or don’t show up at all. If I deactivate NGG then the UM pages work correctly. I don’t know which plugin is to blame, since both were working simultaneously at the offset. I did the “deactivate every single plugin and turn them on one by one” so I’m pretty sure those two plugins are the ones not playing nice together – and unfortunately, it’s easier for us to replace the photo galleries than to redo all the work we’ve put into the membership directory.
How might I go about finding more specific errors or such? Would adding screenshots be useful? Any suggestions would be welcome!
Thanks!
I’m unclear on whether the issue is caused by the Ultimate Member plugin, by WP Staging, or is more of a compatibility issue between the two. Are you suggesting that I can fix the issue by changing a setting in my permalinks? What should I change it to?

In reply to: [Panoramic] 2nd Tier Navigation Menu BugHi @matt5ki. I was able to solve my own problem. I had written some custom CSS that changed the padding around the navigation buttons – for reasons I can’t explain, that apparently screwed with the functionality of the 2nd tier dropdowns. Maybe try looking at your CSS? Good luck!

In reply to: [Ultimate Member Profile Tabs] Site Crashes on Plugin ActivationThanks! We were running 5.2, although the techs assured me that the servers had 5.2, 5.4 and 5.5. We’ve upgraded and things seem to be going better now. Much appreciated.
Oooh, thanks! It hadn’t occurred to me to do this using CSS. That worked for the membership directory page, but I’m having trouble getting it to work on the profile pages. The top of each profile page shows the display name using “last_name” but when I inspect it in my browser the css is only showing “h1” – no special classes that I could append the pseudo-element to. Any other ideas? Thanks again!
Thanks – I updated and created a new staging environment. The new environment is working properly but I still can’t get any of the settings to export out of the old one. I’m going through and making changes manually, which has cost me a lot of time. 🙁
