On DropBox, go to settings and then click on the my apps tab. Do you see WPB2D there?

do you mean the plug-ins tab isn’t available on the wordpress console or the settings tab for WPB2D isn’t visible?
The plug-in page doesn’t show the available subfolders. You have to type in the folder you want.
