Update – well I did what you suggested and checked page source. The product description text is there and I do not think there is any issue for Google reading it 🙂
Thanks
Many thanks @cybr
If we “no index” it, will that stop search engines indexing the actual text (in our case product descriptions) which appears in the content block on the site front-end?
UPDATE: OK that was an easy fix as I saw I had not excluded “html blocks” from the exclusion settings. I have done that and all those html block permalinks have been removed from the sitemap.
Will these links automatically disappear from the google search console next time Google revisits the sitemap?
Many thanks

Many thanks for your detailed reply. Quite right as you say – many roads lead to Rome! At least now I have the information to decide on which one 🙂
Thank you

In reply to: [The SEO Framework – Fast, Automated, Effortless.] Redirect deleted productsHi @cybr
Many thanks for your detailed reply. Yes that actually seems like a much better way of doing things rather than via the .htaccess (which is getting more and more 301 redirects accumulating).
Once we have made these changes to the product (added the redirect and no follow rule etc) what status should we set the product to in WooCommerce? Do we set the product to “pending”, “draft” or delete it (without permanently deleting it from the bin)? Thoughts appreciated.
Thanks again. Enjoy the weekend!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] SOLVED – Contact form fails to send after latest updateUPDATE – My apologies. Although this error did occur, I found it was related to the Google Recaptcha on our development website, which has an issue.
I fixed the Google recaptcha authentification issue and the problem is solved!
Thanks in advance

Thank you for your replies. Yes this is an incompatability issue between a GM add-on for the new tax reduction, and your plugin.
We have disabled the GM add-on and manually set a 16% tax rate in WooCommerce, and that fixed the issue. Sadly we had no idea customers where getting to a 404 page and a failed order until 2 weeks later, when a customer kindly informed us.
Anyhow, I have also notified German MArket and wait to hear their comments.

Thanks for the reply. Here you can see the isues: https://ibb.co/GCj5kG1
As said, it is something to do with Google Analytics and your plugin, but I cannot say more than that. As soon as I remove your plugin it all works without issue.I have also disabled WP Rocket (JS deferring), and the problem is not linked to that.
Best regards
