In reply to: Reaching the limits of my hosting spaceI’m kind of shocked by this. I checked my images folder on my hard drive, and 1,643 items in there only add up to 121 MB — well under the 1GB storage limit. Since I have just under 1,000 posts on my blog, with each image being used only once per post, the storage space for images must be well under this amount. And of course as we know, text doesn’t use up a lot of storage space either, so I don’t see how I could be reaching the limits of my storage space. How the heck much space does the WordPress installation eat up???

In reply to: Images are not showing up sometimesYeah, I have all the images in a local folder on my hard drive to start out with–they are all of the same type, jpeg. The problem seemed to have started occurring after I started exploring the WordPress prefs. I don’t know what I did. Sometimes deleting the image from the post and re-attaching the same image will fix(?) the problem.
