Does this solution provide any bounce management so I have the visibility of some people who misspelled their email adress for instance and didn’t get their contact confirmation ?

MailPoet includes Bounce Management for the subscribers on your lists: Bounce Management in MailPoet

However if you are sending transactional emails you won’t be able to see the same tools for those.

It would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with images in your newsletters.

As my colleague previously mentioned, the first step would be to host your images in a server or CDNthat is not blacklisted.

If images are not showing in Apple Mail only:

• Check your Mail Privacy Protection settings. Mail Privacy Protection can be turned on and off by going to Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphf084865c7/ios
• Apple Mail won’t load email content without your permission and instead notifies you that it’s unable to load remote content privately. For reference, check out this Apple support documentation: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mail/mlhl03be2866/mac
• If you see an “Unable to load remote content privately” at the top of an email, it might be because you’re using a Virtual Private Network. Mail will not load content without your permission, but if there’s something that you need to see, you can bypass it by tapping the “Load Content” option on the warning.
• Check if Load Remote Content is disabled in Settings > Mail > Load Remote Content.
• Check if your site’s URL is blacklisted on any public blacklist: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx. If it is, follow the instructions on how to delist it or host your images externally.

I am certainly not an expert in Linux server setup so I can’t say for sure, but your hosting is definitely able to confirm that.

Now, once you have activated the cron job, you should be able to check with them if it is working properly or not. You can also schedule a test newsletter and see if it’s sent on time.

I haven’t tested MailPoet with Seamonkey but it works for me in Firefox.

Can you see if disabling any extensions or plugins makes a difference? I have had a similar issue and took me a while to realize that it was a Browser extension that was causing the issue.

And please also try cleaning your browser’s cache?

Do you see any message in the upper part of the page when you try to delete the list?

I am asking because I have tried to delete a list on my site and I get this message:

Sometimes those messages are hard to spot in WordPress when there are other messages created by other plugins.
