Considering Mailpoet together with Borlabs Cookie, I am looking for a way to include the Mailpoet cookies into Borlabs Cookies.
I am not familiar with the Borlabs Cookie plugin, but you could contact their team and I am sure they will be able to point you on the right direction.

I tried changing the color, text size and text thickness. Unfortunately the popup on the site always reads badly. In the editor it reads well.
I have just tried this on my latpop and it seems OK readability-wise.

Is there a way to force MailPoet to send confirmation emails after each change the subscriber makes on the “manage your subscription” page?
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io (affiliate link).

is there a place where I can view a log of messages and to whom and if they were successfully sent to their target?
So, do you mean if there’s a log where you can check the transactional emails sent?
If that’s what you mean it is not possible, you can see the Stats Explained for the emails created with the plugin but not for those.

When I click ‘recalculate now’ it refreshes but does not update the last run to zero. How can this be updated?
Oh, I’ve never seen that issue before. Can you check if the last run gets updated if you Recalculate but with no other plugins active on your site? As explained here: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support; I have used Google to translate your message into English, however you can continue responding in your native language if that is more comfortable for you.
As explained in this article, the sign-up confirmation option is enforced when sending emails with MailPoet Sending Service, and there’s no option to disable it in MailPoet’s Settings > Sign-up confirmation tab.
If you want to send with a third-party sending service you can disable it.
