Today through incognito browsing I find that the text of the popup form is not readable.

I tried changing the color, text size and text thickness. Unfortunately the popup on the site always reads badly. In the editor it reads well.

    Hi there @ildomandatore 👋🏽!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

I have just tried this on my latpop and it seems OK readability-wise.

Do you have any active extensions on your browser that could be altering the colors?

    Cheers!

    Hi again @ildomandatore 👋🏽,

That’s odd. Can you please try on an incognito (unlogged) session or with a different browser?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hello again @ildomandatore ,

It’s possible that the visibility issue of the Mailpoet popup on Firefox might be due to browser-specific rendering differences or conflicts with other plugins or themes.

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    • Check for browser-specific CSS rules or JavaScript code that may be causing the visibility issue on Firefox.
    • Test for theme and plugin conflicts by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme and disabling other plugins to see if the issue persists. Here’s a guide to help: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
    • Ensure that you’re using the latest version of Firefox.

    I hope this helps.

    Have a great day.
