SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 12666 Database is limited
This is a temporary error that happens when MailPoet could not establish a database connection at that time. It is automatically retried later and doesn’t affect how the plugin works.

Please make sure to review this:
- You have selected the MailPoet Sending Service as the way to send your site emails: Choose How To Send Your WordPress Website’s Emails
- Make sure you are not using CC or attachments as they are not supported by MailPoet: We don’t support CC, BCC or multiple TO
- Make sure that your sender domain is authenticated: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticating
If that doesn’t work, could you please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread?

We also have probs with confirming the DMARC settings for Art-Tour.dk
I have just checked your domain from our end and it seems like the DMARC record is the only missing. Then I manually verified it with this tool https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dmarc%3aart-tour.dk&run=toolpage and I could find the same.
You will need to add that
TXTrecord to you hosting/domains company as explained here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticatingCheers!

I also noticed that the suspicious MailPoet tables have a prefix ‘ricl’. Is that normal or could there be a malware?
Is the prefix different to your other WordPress tables?

Yeah, thanks for your patience. I have just checked this from my end and I see that the sender domain appears as verified from my end.
Do you still see the domain as not verified from your end? Can you make sure to update to the newest MailPoet version?

I can’t reproduce that but that seems like a conflict issue with your theme or another plugin.
