• This has been the worst customer service that I’ve experienced for a paid service in a long time. I was able to edit my automation for about a week. All of a sudden it stopped working. I’ve been going back and forth with mailpoet through email for over a month for a fix. They keep tell me to try different things. None of them work. Finally, I asked if I could disable the automation, add an email and then restart. They emailed me back saying yes with instructions. I deactivate and now I can’t reactivate because it says I can’t edit automations. It would’nt be so bad if it didn’t take them sometimes a week to answer me back through email. I’ve never given a bad review before but I’m at my wits end. The actual service is fine but if you ever have a problem with anything they will not be very helpful. I spend a lot of time building the automation and it looks like I will have to go with another service that has actual customer service. Hopefully I can save someone a lot of headaches in the future. It’s very unfortunate because this could be a really good product if they would have a responsive customer service that was knowledgeable on how to fix their problems.

Hi @wegrownyc, I really appreciate the candid feedback.

As one of the persons that works at MailPoet support I would like to give you my sincere apologies for the delayed response.

We are currently undergoing a transition in our support structure to enhance our customer service quality and this is causing us to be slower in the meantime.

We appreciate the patience and understanding that you had during this process.
