Hi there @ermel1881 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Now its again asking for a verification.
Oh, here’s a tutorial that explains how to authenticate your sender domain: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticating

Hi there @toftahotell 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
it loads, then nothing happens, no confirmation or anything. Anyone else had this issue? Not using the widget right now since I need to be able to collect e-mails.
Can you check if the issue gets fixed doing a conflict test? How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers!

In reply to: [NSFW] [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] DNS issueHi there @lucieaubracapico 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I have just replied to your other thread. The sending domain api-colomiers.com is correctly authenticated to send using the MailPoet Sending Service
Please make sure that your emails are send using a FROM email address FROM that domain and avoid using any Gmail email addresses as your FROM email address.

If you see that warning message it means that you need to authenticate your sender domain to use the MailPoet Sending Service.
Please follow this tutorial: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticating

Hi there @ 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
But when a Post is released, the widget is not displayed at all.
Do you mean that the email is triggered and sent but the part with the Automatic Latest Content widget is not visible?
Cheers!

Or perhaps there’s another way to achieve this?
Sure thing, here you have the steps to achieve that: Customize Your Unsubscribe Page

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Emails are not sentHi there @seobeto 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I have reviewed the status and possible errors as indicated in the documentation but there are no errors,
I have checked trenmayaa.com from our end and I could see that the account is active, the sender domain is authenticated and that emails are being sent using the MailPoet Sending Service
If you need further help you can check this tutorial:

Hi there @cephei 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
None of this makes any sens to me, but the main problem is the client receiving a confirmation mail to subscribe when he does not check the box to subscribe in the checkout page.
So it seems that your users are receiving an email to confirm their subscription to the WordPress user list
If you disable the option “Subscribe in registration form” under
MailPoet > Settings > Basic tabthey won’t get that email. You can find out more about that here:

Hi there 👋🏽!
The error log displays the following message (Key Type Premium and Key validation failed?):
mss.ERROR: key-validation.failed {“http_code”:403, “home_url”: “https://www.nomo-design.de”, “key_type”: “premium”}Regarding the error you shared with us, this is expected, as you’re using a free plan and this is the check for the Premium key. It’s done for all keys and, in your case, it’s expected that it fails for the Premium features.
That said I am interested in the other issue that you mentioned:
uddenly the newsletter registration for non-registered users no longer works. Registered users receive an e-mail. Non-registered users are redirected to a “Mailpoet page” with the code content “[mailpoet_page]”.
I am not sure I am 100% understanding, could you please explain what is happening with more details? How it started? Are you using the latest MailPoet version?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers!
Hi again,
Glad to hear you got it working the way you needed. Thanks for the update! I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
Cheers

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] vulnerabilityHi there @windros,
apparently from here it connects through the XML-RPC protocol and begins to make continuous admin brute force logins with multiple bot-type ips but they are not blocked even if you configure it.
I am not 100% sure I have understood the issue that you have mentioned. I’ll be glad to share this with our developers and see if they can research it further.

Hola @appwebmovil!
Thank you for contacting MailPoet! I’m happy to help you with this.
I can confirm your subscription has been approved already, and is showing as “Active” so should be all set for sending.
If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other”, save it, and then change back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.
It would also be worth clearing your browser’s cache to see if that resolves the issue.
Let us know if we can help with anything else!
Best,
