I’ve just tested it on my site. When I duplicate a newsletter and then I edit it, I can change the title and then I see it OK in the list.
Are you referring to regular newsletters or maybe a different specific type of emails?

How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts
If the issue persists after the conflict test, please keep us posted. If not you will need to ask a the theme developer, or another developer to help you with that issue.

I have checked this again and I think that the issue is the one pointed above by my colleague.
Some DNS providers may create DNS records with a duplicate domain name, causing “mailpoet1._domainkey.example.com” record to be incorrectly created as “mailpoet1._domainkey.example.com.example.com”
Can you please have another look at this and correct it.
