Can you please install the latest version of the plugin (4.15), clear all the caches (even better if you deactivate caching plugins), and check if you are still experiencing the problem with reCAPTCHA?

Then, it is most likely a problem with your current theme. Can you please try to temporarily activate any official WordPress or WooCommerce theme (e.g., https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and check if it resolves the issue?

First, let’s make sure that these email notifications are actually sent by our plugin and not some other plugin. Can you please share a screenshot of one of the notifications that you received previously?

It depends on your preference. Any of the available shortcodes can be used for what you described:
– All reviews
– Reviews Grid
– Reviews SliderPlease refer to the “Shortcodes” tab in the plugin’s settings for information about using the shortcodes and supported parameters.

Sorry, I am not sure I fully understood you. Can you please confirm to which images do you refer? The reviews grid shortcode has an option to display product thumbnails.
