Sorry, I didn’t really understand how these steps broke your site.
WooCommerce doesn’t provide Q & A tab out of the box. Where do you expect Q & A to appear if you disable our plugin that adds such a tab?

Please do not enable any checkboxes in the plugin’s settings to keep unnecessary features disabled.

“aggregateRating” meta data is added by the standard WooCommerce. You don’t need to install any additional plugins for it.
I think that your problem is most likely to caused by some SEO plugin that you installed or by custom code that you added to functions.php.
Can you please send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

I checked the URL you shared but could not see any reviews there. This is most likely the reason why the summary bar shows empty bars.

This is the standard behavior of WPML – it shows comments (Q&A are stored as comments) only in the active language of the website. You can try to implement a workaround solution described in this article from our support portal: WPML: Show Reviews in All Languages.
Alternatively, please reach out to WPML support for a solution.
