Search Console itemReviewed Error

We have three products for which “itemReviewed” seems to be missing according to Search Console’s review snippets report (99 separate instances total). The URLs are:

https://socraticsolutions.us/product/yellow-cambodian-kratom/I use Rank Math to generate schema data so I reached out to them first. They told me the following:
“It seems with the added review, the plugin only recorded the rating and failed to record the review itself. Please get in touch with the plugin support on this. They need to help you pass the rating & reviews data to Rank Math schema using this filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-post-schema-data.”
Still not sure why this doesn’t affect any other products. Is this something you could help out with? Thanks in advance.
