    Hello, within the last several weeks we have noticed that we are not receiving email notifications when new reviews are submitted (and automatically approved) through our website. We have tried rolling your plugin back by several versions and continue to encounter the error. We have also tested the plugin after disabling all other plugins on the site (except for WooCommerce of course) and are still not receiving notifications to our email. We have installed the WP Test Mail plugin and all other WordPress emails generated by the site are successfully sending. Your help is appreciated.

    First, let’s make sure that these email notifications are actually sent by our plugin and not some other plugin. Can you please share a screenshot of one of the notifications that you received previously?

    Hello, and thanks for getting back to us.

    In diving in deeper we’ve discovered that the issue is related to the WordPress Comments email notification settings and not with your plugin. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your help!
