This message is shown while the plugin is creating the XML feed in background. If you have a lot of products and product variations, it might take several minutes. Please try to refresh the page in browser multiple times and check if the message will disappear.

As mentioned on the Shortcodes tab in the plugin’s settings,
productsparameter accepts a comma-separated list of product IDs to show reviews corresponding only to specified products. Please check ID of your product and add it to this parameter. For example, if the product ID is 123, then the parameters should look like this:products="123"I hope it helps.
