We’re also experiencing exactly the same issue, also hosted on WP Engine. Happened about 4 times, first time was the 25th of May 2023, latest time is 2 June 2023 at 10:53am BST

PHP: 7.4
WP: 6.2.2
TEC: 6.0.13.1
TEC Pro: 6.0.12.1
Theme: Custom
Caching Plugin: No additional caching installed. With and without Object Cache turned on
Event URL: Omitting listing URLs here due to client privacy

Hi

Just worked this out. The hosting account was at max disk space eg. there was not enough disk space to download the WordPress core update/files!!

Yes the file already has 644 permissions

The site and admin/WP is fine. The WordPress core update simply fails and does not update, due to this error.

Hi

I’ve also experienced the issue of the CSV columns not lining up with the data.

I know why, if a field on the form is not filled in the, this causes the alignment issue

So if you fill in the fields Name and Phone, leaving the Email blank, below is what the CSV data will be. Because you don’t fill in the email, the data shifts along to the left

Thanks for your help.

This issue was not related to your plugin. There was issues with the server and creating database tables.

This is now fixed.
