Hi @heartandmagic , as you can know, we have already started working on the issue related to Stripe.
About the issue with checkout page columns, please email us with a link to the checkout page of your funnel and the checkout form settings. Thanks.
Hi @miguelgilmartinez , you are right, automatic detection would make it so much easier for users.
We have added it to our backlog for one of our upcoming sprints.
Thanks.
Hi @miguelgilmartinez , right now, to view the preference page, a hash link is generated per user. If a user is added to the contact list on Mail Mint, then in the database a hash is saved for that user. So when he clicks on the preference link from an email, the preference page loads with the hash and gives him the ability to view & change preference options.
For you to test now, you have to send an email campaign to one of your emails. Then, on the email, click on the preference link and it will view the options for that particular email.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi @heartandmagic , we have noticed that since the latest update of the Stripe plugin, this issue has persisted. We are working on the matter and hope to resolve it in the upcoming weeks.
Thanks.
Hi @miguelgilmartinez , can you share how you tried to view the preference page?
Did you tried to view it from an email footer? If so, was it a test email, or was it an email sent via a campaign?
Do let me know.
Thanks.
Hi @fathuddin , thanks for sharing.
Can you help me out with one more detail? Can you collect the console errors for this page?
Here’s how to get console errors:
- After the page goes blank, right-click on the webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image: https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
- You get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
- It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
- Take a screenshot and share it with us.
Thanks.
Hi @staedeli , as we are assisting you on support, I am marking this thread as resolved for now.
Till now our findings are there is a conflict with the Electro Extensions. If you do not need it, then deactivating it will ensure your funnels will work without any issues. Meanwhile, you may reply to our support ticket for further assistance.
Thanks.
Hi @portugaldirectory , we have just released an update with the fix for this. Please update the plugin, clear cache, and test it on incognito.
Feel free to reach us in support if you face any further issues.
Thanks.
Hi @lvalerio , since we didn’t hear from you for a while, we presume the issue was resolved. So I am marking this thread as resolved.
If you have any further queries, please open another thread. Thanks.
Hi @fathuddin , can you give a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Also, are you testing it from a test email?
Do let us know. Thanks.
Hi @developersuseonly , right now, we do not have an on-click event for the pop-up. We only have auto-appear pop-ups & fly-ins, and embedded forms.
Hopefully, in the future, we may look into the possibility of a click event for the pop-up.
Thanks.
Hi @heartandmagic , did you first go through checkout and then came to the Upsell step, or did you directly access the Upsell page and tried to test it out?
To test if the Upsell is working, you first need to go through checkout first.
Let me know if this solves the issue.
Thanks.
Hi @cayman191 , what you have to do is,
- Choose the builder as Gutenberg in the WPFunnels Settings.
- Next, create a funnel from scratch and add the steps you require (from scratch).
- Now, edit an step and it will open in Gutenberg edit mode.
- On the top admin bar, you will find the option to edit with the UX builder by Flatsome.
- Edit the page and design it, but make sure to use our shortcodes in place of the widgets for each page.
Let us know if you face any issue here. Thanks.
Hi @lvalerio , can you do the following:
- Remove the connector between the Checkout step and the Thank you step.
- Connect them again.
- Change the slug of the Thank you step.
- Reload the window.
Now try going through the checkout process.
Let me know if this solves the issue. Thanks.
