Stuck after upsell

    Hello,

    I’m having a problem after clicking the “upsell” button in my funnel. The process just stops and the field just keeps spinning. Any idea how I can fix that? I just emailed you as well about the same issue.

    Hi @heartandmagic , did you first go through checkout and then came to the Upsell step, or did you directly access the Upsell page and tried to test it out?

    To test if the Upsell is working, you first need to go through checkout first.

    Hi Sultan, yeah, absolutely. I noticed it only happens with Stripe, every other provider works fine. With Stripe, something interesting happens: Only the first price gets charged, the other one just gets ignored. In the console, I found what’s causing the issue:

    I emailed you the link for the funnel to reproduce the issue. I appreciate your help with this.

    Hi @heartandmagic , we have noticed that since the latest update of the Stripe plugin, this issue has persisted. We are working on the matter and hope to resolve it in the upcoming weeks.

    Hi Sultan,

    I am I have the same problem with the upsell page with Stripe after clicking the “upsell” button in my funnel. The process just stops and the field just keeps spinning, Similarly, I am also facing another problem on the checkout page that has been bothering me. Despite my efforts to change the page to two columns or multiple steps, it still only appears in one column. I am seeking your assistance to help me solve these two problems.

    Hi @heartandmagic , as you can know, we have already started working on the issue related to Stripe.

    About the issue with checkout page columns, please email us with a link to the checkout page of your funnel and the checkout form settings. Thanks.

    Hi @heartandmagic , we have released an update on WPFunnels Pro with the fix. Please update the plugin, clear cache and check if the issue still persists.
