Hi @cayman191 , I’m sorry if you are facing trouble. If you have reached us in support, I’m sure your issue is being looked at with priority.
Nevertheless, I believe, the issues you mentioned here, could be due a conflict with another plugin. The reason I am saying this is because we are using the latest Mail Mint plugin on our own website as well but we are not facing similar issues.
I would request you email us one more time with the link to this thread in that email. I will personally have it looked at with priority.
Thanks.
Hi @madagira , do you have any caching plugin on your site that has wp-admin caching enabled, or can you check if you have backend cache enabled from your server end?
Do let us know. Thanks.
Hi @heartandmagic and @abdelfattah83 , since we haven’t heard from you yet, we presume our update with the fix has resolved your issue.
So I am marking this thread as resolved.
Feel free to open another thread if you face any further issues.
Thanks.
Hi @thiagorangel , sorry about the delayed response.
A website URL cannot be used two times. So depending on your URL structure set in your website, if the URL of your funnel checkout page becomes the same as your website’s default checkout page, then the default checkout page will be used (as it was created earlier).
In this case, you may check the URL structure from your settings and see if the URL structure entails both pages will have the same URL. If so, you will need to use a different slug for your funnel checkout page.
Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks.
Hi @abdaudi262 , normally, it should work if you disable caching for wp-admin, as that’s what we have faced so far.
Rather than disabling the plugin, you may test it by clearing the cache after making the changes and checking after a few seconds. (Do make sure to save the changes you made before trying this.)
But as I said, if you communicate with us directly on support, maybe we can help you out more accurately as we, too, want to identify why you are facing this and help resolve it real quick.
We always are ready to solve any issues our users face because we want a long-term relationship with our users.
Thanks.
Hi @thiagorangel thanks for the suggestion. It seems like a good idea. I will discuss with our team to see if this can be done anytime soon.
Hi @heartandmagic , we have released an update on WPFunnels Pro with the fix. Please update the plugin, clear cache and check if the issue still persists.
Do let us know the outcome. Thanks.
Hi @fathuddin Thank you so much for the details. This will help us work on the matter much faster.
Hi @thiagorangel , great questions there.
Let me help you one by one.
- Address autocomplete feature based on zip code is still not ready. It’s added to the backlog and we will need sometime to work on this.
- No, product thumbnails do not by default appear on WooCommerce checkout. Since we reuse WooCommerce’s checkout form, it won’t be possible to do so at the moment.
**But you can add an image for the order bump. - You can enable quantity selection option from the settings of your checkout page (it is a Pro feature).
- The skip cart feature is a planned feature for our immediate next sprint.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks.
@thiagorangel We are glad you found the solution.
Hi @abdaudi262 , we are sorry you had a bad experience.
But I’m sure there must have been a mistake. We are using Mail Mint ourselves on all of your websites, and we have hundreds of other users that are using the plugin actively.
The only time something like you described can happen is if you have caching enabled for your WP-admin. If you simply disable backend cache from your caching plugin (or via your hosting if you have backend cache enabled on server level), this issue will no longer persist.
I would humbly request you to either reach us at support and let us assist you. We are determined to help any users that face issues with a dedicated support team.
So please give us a chance to help you and possibly improve this rating.
Thanks.
@thiagorangel Great to know it worked out fine for you!
Feel free to let us know if you face any further issues.
Also, if you get a chance, do give us a review on your experience. We would really appreciate any feedback.
Thanks.
Hi @thiagorangel , can you help us with the following:
- Are you using global funnels or you created an ordinary funnel?
- How are you trying to test it? Are you trying to go from your WooCommerce shop and add products to the cart?
- Also, can you give us a screenshot of the funnel canvas and a link to the funnel page you are referring to?
Once we hear back from you, we can take a look and hopefully assist you with a solution.
Thanks.
Hi @funzitech , since you are a pro user, it would be best if you reach us directly via email for faster support.
Send us an email with a link to this thread, a screenshot of the integrations area in your funnel, and a screenshot of the area where you placed the API key and enabled it.
Once we get your email, we will assist you promptly. Thanks.
Hi @fathuddin , I have shared this with our devs who are trying to recreate the issue. I will inform you here with an update on their findings here soon.
Meanwhile can you let us know the version of WordPress and PHP you have, and if you are using any plugin that uses Gutenberg block editor?
