If that doesn’t work, to help us better assist you, could you please share a screenshot of your inventory settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Products (Inventory tab)?

It sounds like this could be another plugin conflict. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.
- Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.

If I understand you correctly, you can do this with Shipping Classes.
You can create two shipping classes for each brand in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Classes, let’s say “Brand A” and “Brand B”. After creating the classes, assign it to each product, you can do this in bulk, check here to know how.
After assigning the classes to the products, you will want to add the condition to your Flat Rate shipping in Shipping Class costs:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping.
- Select the Shipping Zone that Flat Rate should be added to and select Edit.
- In the Shipping Methods box, select Add Shipping Method.
- Select Flat Rate shipping from the dropdown and then Add Shipping method.
- Select Edit to then setup your Flat Rate costs appropriately.
You will then see the fields to add the Shipping classes costs for “Brand A” and “Brand B”. Enter the value and that’s it!
Once the customer adds products from different brands (different shipping classes) the shipping total will be the sum of the two classes.

The Internal Server error means there’s something wrong with the server but it’s not too clear. Can you please check the error log?
You can go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logsthen look for the recent error log file.Also, a good place to start for troubleshooting this issue would be to test for if this is either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

3D Secure as a feature can be enabled for a credit card by the *card issuer* with different attributes:
- Required – 3D Secure is required, and the process must be completed for a charge to be successful.
- Recommended – 3D Secure is recommended. The process is not required, but it is highly recommended
- Optional – 3D Secure is optional. The process is neither required nor recommended, but it can be performed to help reduce the likelihood of fraud.
If you enable 3D Secure checkbox in your Stripe plugin settings, cards with Required and Recommended 3DS will go through 3D Secure challenge.
If you want Optional to be challenged too, you can add the filter
add_filter( 'wc_stripe_require_3ds', '__return_true' );snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file or via Code Snippets plugin. Please see the hooks/filters documentation here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#filter-hooksIf a card doesn’t have 3D Secure enabled at all, the payment will go through without 3D Secure challenge.
